OARC has arranged special discounted room rates for attendees at the hotels listed below. While you are not required to book through these hotels, we worked with them to secure the best available rates for our community.
With RIPE 92 taking place nearby during the same week, hotels in the area are expected to fill quickly. To ensure availability, a block of rooms has been secured from May 15–17 at discounted rates, available for booking up to 45 days prior to the workshop. After March 31, any remaining rooms will be released to the public.
If you miss the cutoff, ExecSpace will provide a dynamic discount link via the EICC website for local branded hotels, offering percentage-based savings on current market rates.

NOTE: If you are also staying for the RIPE meeting, please book the accommodation for those dates separately and we will do our best to assist in merging both the OARC Workshop accommodation and RIPE meeting accommodation bookings in this hotel so you do not need to change rooms.
