Accommodation – OARC 48
OARC 48 will take place on 21–22 May 2027 at Cyber City in Vilnius, Lithuania.
To assist with your travel plans, OARC, Inc. has arranged accommodation options and discounted rates with several hotels in Vilnius. Some of these arrangements also cover the dates of RIPE 94 (24–28 May 2027) for attendees participating in both events.
Please note that Lithuania will hold the Presidency of the Council of the European Union during the first half of 2027. Hotel availability is expected to be particularly limited, and rates may increase as the workshop approaches. We strongly encourage attendees to book their accommodation as early as possible.

Attending Both OARC 48 and RIPE 94?
RIPE 94 will take place on 24–28 May 2027 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, immediately following OARC 48.
If you're attending both events, we recommend arranging accommodation for your entire stay where possible to avoid changing hotels.
RIPE 94 has negotiated accommodation arrangements at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva and AC Hotel Vilnius, both of which have booking dates that overlap with OARC 48.

Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva – RIPE 94 Meeting Venue

The Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva is the meeting venue for RIPE 94, taking place immediately after OARC 48.
OARC, Inc. has coordinated with the RIPE 94 organizers and the Radisson to secure additional rooms within RIPE's existing non-guaranteed allocation for attendees participating in OARC 48.

Attendees participating in both OARC 48 and RIPE 94 can use the same RIPE 94 booking arrangement to reserve a continuous stay, subject to room availability.
We encourage attendees interested in staying at the Radisson to book early, as any unreserved rooms in the allocation will be released back to the hotel after 15 February 2027.
Staying at the AC Hotel for Both Events
RIPE 94 has arranged a separate 15% dynamic discount at the AC Hotel Vilnius for stays from 22–28 May 2027.
If you wish to remain at the AC Hotel throughout both events:

Book your additional nights using the RIPE 94 accommodation booking information. Be sure not to reserve overlapping nights.

Email reservations@acvilnius.com with both reservation confirmations and request to remain in the same room throughout your stay.
The AC Hotel has confirmed this is the preferred process for coordinating reservations across the two events. Requests to remain in the same room are subject to hotel confirmation.
Please check RIPE 94's booking deadlines and cancellation conditions separately, as these differ from the OARC 48 arrangements.
