Description

The goal of this talk will be to review the current status of DNS clients that can provide DNS Privacy for end users. Stubby (from the getdns team) is becoming more mature - moving to it’s own project, improving packaging and there is a prototype GUI and iOS app on the way. Some Android folks spent time at the last IETF Hackathon implementing support for opportunistic DNS Privacy, and for the hard-core user Unbound is always an option. This talk will compare what is currently available and speculate about upcoming support in your favourite resolver....
