We have a limited number of rooms available at the workshop venue - JW Marriott Austin - at $269 + taxes per night (flexible rate, cancellable up to 48 hours in advance of arrival date)
Although we are co-locating with NANOG 77 our hotel room block is separate to the NANOG one and vice versa. Our room block does not cover the NANOG 77 meeting days and their block does not cover the OARC 31 workshop days.
The OARC 31 room block is available for an earliest arrival of October 31st and a latest departure of November 2nd, and you may book via:
If you are arriving earlier than the first bookable date, you have the following two options:
- If you are going to attend NANOG 77, book your accommodation for the other days using the NANOG booking link. The hotel reservations team can link your separate NANOG and OARC bookings so that you do not need to move rooms between them.
- If you are not attending NANOG, email us on meeting@dns-oarc.net letting us know your reservation number and the additional dates you would like to book and we will liaise with the hotel on your behalf.
Please note Austin is an extremely busy city at that time of year and there is high demand for hotel accommodation, pushing up room rates. The available room allocations for NANOG and OARC are very likely to get booked up rapidly, and it would be prudent to book accommodation sooner rather than later.
