For voting in the Board elections, each Member organization must designate an Election voting Representative in the OARC Member Portal, using the "Governance Representatives" feature by 15:00 UTC on Wednesday 24th September. This will usually be the same as the Board Election voting Delegate, but need not be (e.g. if the Election voting representative cannot attend the AGM).
Voting representatives will receive an e-mail from [Opavote] shortly after 17:01 UTC on the 8th Oct.

Board election voting takes place shortly after the AGM live business is finished, between 17:01 UTC Wed Oct 8th until 16:59 UTC Thu Oct 9th.
There are 7 candidates for 3 positions that will serve three 2-year terms. Voting is on a ranked preference basis, using the "Scottish STV (Single Transferable Vote)" System.

We will again be using the [Opavote] platform for the elections.
You do not need to attend the AGM or send a proxy to vote in the Board elections.
