DNS-OARC has arranged a room block at the hotel listed below for attendees of OARC 47. While you are welcome to stay wherever best meets your needs, we encourage attendees to consider booking within the workshop room block when possible. Doing so helps support the event and ensures the hotel continues to offer favorable rates and meeting arrangements for future DNS-OARC workshops.
Rooms are available at the negotiated group rate through the booking deadline or until the block is fully reserved. As availability in Vancouver may become limited closer to the workshop dates, attendees are encouraged to make reservations early.

Hotel Reservations: The group booking link currently supports reservations within the primary workshop stay (approximately November 7–10). If your travel plans require dates outside that range, or you encounter any issues using the booking link, please contact us at meeting@dns-oarc.net. We will work with the hotel on your behalf to help find the best available option.
