For voting in the Board elections, Member organisation voting representatives will receive an e-mail from [Opavote] shortly after 18:01 UTC on the 27th Oct.

Board election voting takes place immediately after the AGM is finished, between 18:01 UTC Sun Oct 27th until 17:59 UTC Mon Oct 28th.
There are 4 candidates for 3 positions that will serve three 2-year terms. Voting is on a ranked preference basis, using the "Scottish STV (Single Transferable Vote)" System.

We will again be using the [Opavote] platform for the elections.
You do not need to attend the AGM or send a proxy to vote in the Board elections.
