For voting in the Board elections, Member organisation voting representatives will receive an e-mail from [Opavote] shortly after 18:01 UTC on the 12th.

Board election voting takes place immediately after the AGM is finished, between 18:01 UTC Thu Oct 12th until 17:59 UTC Fri Oct 13th.
There are [5 candidates] for 4 positions, three when elected will serve for a two-year term, and the 4th preference candidate will serve a one-year term. Voting is on a ranked preference basis, using the "Scottish STV (Single Transferable Vote)" System.
In the event of a 3rd/4th place tie result, we will use our voting platform's ability to re-use already collected ballots in a new election to run a re-count with only 3 open seats, and thus determine the 4th-ranked candidate by elimination.

We will again be using the [Opavote] platform for the elections.
You do not need to attend the AGM or send a proxy to vote in the Board elections.
