OARC AGM 2023

Registration Link & Instructions

Registration is required, and can be done using our new Member Portal/Eventbrite integration at: 

        <https://portal.dns-oarc.net/event/> 

no later than 23:59 PDT on Sunday 8th October. 
 

Instructions for the new Portal Registration Process

From the Events page on Portal:

1. Find the OARC AGM 2023 event
2. Select Claim Discount
3. A Discount code will be sent to the your Portal contact email address where you can follow the instructions to continue to Eventbrite and register
   1. Alternatively if you do not receive the email in a timely manner, check under the tab in Portal named 'My Account' 
   2. Scroll to the Event Discounts section and locate the corresponding line item for 'OARC AGM 2023'
   3. Select 'Use' to be redirected to Eventbrite
4. Once in Eventbrite, the code should have been automatically applied and you can follow the prompts for registration.  
   1. Occasionally it takes a moment for the Eventbrite servers to sync the discount codes, we've found waiting a few moments and trying again alleviates this error.  If it does not, please contact admin@dns-oarc.net

You will receive a Zoom invitation to participate upon registering.
